I want to say that the maintenance team at Brisa is awesome!! Thank you to the maintenance man that came after hours a week or so ago to get my AC working. And thank you also to the Maintenance man that came this past Saturday on a holiday weekend to get my AC cooling properly! Anytime I put in service requests they get done quickly!!! And the guys are always friendly and professional!! THANK YOU!!

I haven’t had a terrible experience. But some of the things I hate is on pest control day I can also count on fruit flies making their way to my apartment, maybe from another apartment. It’s actually a problem. I also HATE the duck poop everywhere that rarely gets cleaned. But I can say that the staff is great. Even when I put in a maintenance request I can count on it being addressed immediately or in an acceptable timeframe.

I have lived here for a year and a half and have not had really any issues and if I did, they were taken care of immediately. The property is kept up nice and I have good neighbors so far and it’s usually very quiet. My service request a few weeks ago. We’re all taken care of in one day when I was out of town… Much appreciated!

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is always clean and well-maintained, with excellent upkeep. All of the staff are wonderful—friendly and professional —and maintenance is always quick and reliable.
