My 8 years at Brisa have been a roller coaster with many highs and lows. I believe many issues could be avoided if both residents and management worked together to improve our community.

Some residents don’t pick up after their dogs, litter the property, and smoke marijuana throughout the community. These actions create an unpleasant environment and contribute to problems like insects. While residents must be held accountable, management also needs to consistently enforce the community rules... .

I’ve enjoyed living here, which is why I’ve stayed over eight years. However, it’s hard to accept a rent increase when these problems continue to get worse. I would only consider renewing my lease if my rent is not increased.

Me siento muy comoda y segura viviendo en esta comunidad, prestan mucho cuidado a la limpieza y mantenimiento, el personal administrativo siempre esta dispuesto a solucionar los inconvenientes.

The staff are really helpful. The process was quick and easy. At night, the hallways are lit up very well.

Attentive and responsive to the tenants needs. A quite community which is close to all of ones needs.The management team does an exceptional job of keeping the community clean and organized along with creating events for the residents to enjoy.

So far, everything has been great. Customer service from all the front desk people are awesome. There’s always someone willing to help. Thank you
