Very hard to get ahold of the staff, besides Cynthia. She was the only one that ever helped me.
Had to throw away a bunch of my things because they got moldy from the Ac not being on correctly. The maintenance man that came never fixed anything or communicated what to do. It took his supervisor to help us get our Ac working.
Dogs are always off leash, nothing is done about it. Not small dogs, 60 pound dogs. Then they poop everywhere.
They tow residents cars right away but leave the cars... that have been sitting for numerous days.
Cars are always speeding when they come in.

It's ok I stay away from the management that's in the office other than that it's okay to stay here department is nice it's not too much storage the violations and and things you can't do is ridiculous they're supposed to be your home it's supposed to act like this is your home they don't give you a chance to do nothing in here but the apartment is nice it's in my quiet other than the train passing through I need to hear the cause of the highway but it's okay

Overall, my experience at this apartment complex has been good. The pricing and promotions they offer are reasonable and make the apartments quite competitive compared to other places in the area. The units and amenities provide good value for the cost, which I appreciate.
One area that could use some improvement is the attitude and communication from the staff. While they do their jobs and handle requests, the interactions sometimes feel a bit less welcoming than expected. With a slightly more... friendly and attentive approach, the experience for residents could become even better.
That said, the community itself is nice, the pricing is fair, and the promotions help make it an attractive place to live. With some small improvements in customer service, this could easily become an excellent living experience.
