We’ve lived at Alta Sergeant since August. Cynthia in the leasing office is amazing — she was a big reason we chose this place, and the staff is generally polite and responsive. That said, our experience hasn’t matched the leasing pitch. We were harassed by a neighbor over a non-assigned parking spot and ended up installing security cameras to feel safer. That neighbor still behaves aggressively, and despite reporting it, nothing has changed. We’ve also seen frequent safety issues — break-ins,... suspicious activity, speeding drivers — and inconsistent follow-up from management regarding certain issues. Fees can also be unclear after the promo period, so ask for a full breakdown. The complex is a wonderful place to live: location makes it easy to get to whatever/wherever you need to go! Having no carpet in the majority of the unit does make noise resonate throughout other units. The community events are fun and appreciated! Never had a complex be this actively involved with making the living experience standout!

We love it here, it's so nice and calm and a beautiful view. It makes you feel peace and honestly makes you want to be outside enjoying the air and view. Very nice and clean ! Super spacious apartment! And the office employees are awesome!
