I truly love Alta! It’s really quiet , it feels like home, the only complaint I’d have is the water temperature in the shower, besides that it’s pretty cool, The staff isn’t bad, the few interactions I’ve had were ok .

Alta Sergeant in Conroe, TX is a quiet, enjoyable place to live. Spacious, clean with responsive staff. It's been great living here. I really like the pool area and the other amenities.

I’ve really enjoyed living here so far! Staff has always been very nice and helpful, maintenance has come within the day when I needed assistance, amenities such as the coffee bar and pool are fantastic, and noise levels are usually kept low (you have the occasional dog barking or kids playing, but that’s anywhere!)
Great place to live and they do special events for their residents frequently!

The apartment is nice, clean, and well maintained, creating a comfortable place to come home to every day. The grounds are kept tidy, and the buildings and common areas reflect the care and attention put into the property. One of the highlights of living here is the sense of community, especially during the monthly food truck events. These are a great touch, giving residents a fun and convenient way to enjoy different food options without leaving the complex, while also providing an opportunity... to meet neighbors. The amenities are another strong positive. They are modern, accessible, and add real value to everyday living, whether it’s for relaxation, fitness, or socializing. Overall, the apartment offers a clean and pleasant living environment with thoughtful extras that make it stand out. It feels welcoming, comfortable, and designed with residents’ enjoyment in mind, making it a solid choice for anyone looking for a well-rounded apartment community.

The leasing agents was definitely describe as people who does things as team work they help each other out which shows me if I ever have a problem I know they will find a way to fix it and fix it fast with anything that will become wrong in the apt if I lease one and that will make be feel at home. The complex is well kept I felt like I was in a private resort for residents
