Overall has been just okay. Grounds need to be better maintained and rules enforced to make the overall experience better for all residents. And less invasive in unit inspections on short notice.

After receiving aggressive threats from downstairs neighbors “beating on the roof mean stares and slight remarks plus yelling from downstairs loud enough to hear ” for walking in our home. I sent a message to management . Almost a week later we received notices of none renewal and work orders we submitted were starting to not be completed even though we submitted and paid rent on time. Prior to this incident we had no issues I would not suggest the apartments strictly due to being promised... multiple times to upgrade to a 3 bedroom for my four person family and not being met with the upgrade by accusing us of tearing the unit up and it smelling. The unit is clearly not destroyed. We put so many pest control work orders in and it never got rid of the pest “roaches” we literally had to throw away all of our belongings electronics beds upon moving and cost us thousands to buy new again. The maint man said the prior tenants below us was an absolutely disgusting roaches everywhere and that it’s probably because of them. We had a dish washer and multiple electrics in unit needing fix and replaced due to the roaches. At one point mgmt was accusing us of the infestation and if things needed replaced we would be at fault. So really it was. Degrading costly and a pain also drained our pockets due to the pest. Apartment complex is clean, apartment staff is friendly and they execute maintenance orders quickly! The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is due to the limited parking spaces available.

Everyone in the Office was AMAZING & VERY HELPFUL!!! They were all quick to Answer / Respond to any Questions I had. Once I moved in, the few Maintenance requests I had, were completed Immediately!!!
