Management is horrible. They act like it’s a privilege to live there. Old. Run down. Grounds aren’t maintained.

Decent place to live, especially for the price. Maintenance is only ok, but I've rarely needed it. I feel pretty safe on the property, as there is a security guard some nights. The one big problem is that for the couple of security incidents I know of (tires stolen off someone's car, etc.) communication from management has been hit or miss--sometimes they notify us, sometimes they don't.

I was very happy to reside at the Village at West University. The complex has a privileged location and the amenities offered are convenient. Most importantly, the unit I lived in was excellent: modern with good insulation and reliable appliances. Every time I had to put in a maintenance request, it was immediately taken care of. The staff was always amicable, polite, and very helpful.

I've been living at Village at West University for a couple of weeks now, and I'm really enjoying it. The community is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and everyone is friendly. The staff is professional, and the move-in process was easy and well-organized with a simple online setup. Overall, it's been a great experience!

It is a community that I would like to recommend: great location, appealing rent, spacious room, assigned parking lot, quiet neighborhood, and more and beyond.
