Good place to live if you don’t have kids. Security is an issue but amenities are great. Maintenance is prompt. No bugs in/on the property in my experience. Most tenants are quiet but there are a few that we see constantly smoking or making noise at night. 6/10 but if they got better security it would be 9/10

It’s a clean complex, the apartments are nice and spacious, everything is conveniently set up, and moving in was quick and smooth. The staff are very professional.

Overall, you can’t beat these apartments. It’s family friendly. Food trucks come several times a month and are a nice touch. You’re in a prime location if you don’t like the major part of the city. I love it here.
