I love my new home here, love the view of minute maid park and downtown, as a huge sports fan I love walking 2 blocks to see the Astros, and 3 to see the rockets play. Also love the short Skybridge walk to the highlight mall, so many restaurants and things to do just blocks away, the only choice if you want to experience what Houston has to offer.

I recently toured here and can’t wait to move in! This place is by far the best address in the city! Minutes from George R Brown, Discovery Green and Minute Maid Park! Another thing I loved is there is a guest suite (like a hotel room) that my guests can rent instead of having to get a hotel room. The staff was amazing ans friendly. Also, I’ve passed by a few times and it seems like the building is perfectly situated where the foot traffic is not too much. Oh one more thing, the rail is... literally minutes away! If you know Houston like I do, then these are all things that really matter!

I just moved in and had a very pleasant experience. I love the location and the convenience to Discovery Green and Phonecian the unique grocery store. The access to all the major freeways quickly is a nice bonus as well.

The most beautiful apartment building in Houston I've seen. Definitely a luxury experience. Amazing, warm and friendly service. No detail was over-looked. High-end finishes and appliances, spacious floor plans, gorgeous roof-top pool. Perfect home in the city.
