Honestly, the community itself is nice, but the surrounding area is quite loud. There’s often loud music and conversations near the leasing office, where my unit is located. Additionally, a nearby train can be very noisy, with the horn blowing several times during the night. These factors are mostly due to the location and aren’t something the community can control. I leased quickly without visiting in person since I was out of state, so I didn’t fully realize how active and noisy the area would... be. I would not lease here again unless I worked nights and it was my only choice.

As a third year renewal resident the location, the price and the amenities are main reason I stay. To top it off the hassle of moving is not something I want to go through again. All my work orders have been completed in a timely manner and not to discredit anyone else but I’ve always dealt with Charles when I have other issues or questions that need answers. Overall experience I would definitely recommend to move here or atleast try it out

Mice come in through building interior, dog pee and poop stained hallways, cars broken into, gate broken all the time.

Prose is wonderful! There are so many community events, and such a positive space. The employees are very kind, and the neighbors are so friendly. One neighbor, complete stranger, got me a new tire when it went flat. It’s a great place to live!

Prose Hardy Yards is my first apartment complex community, before I used to rent from a private-owner. So I was surprised how easy and friendly the process was to rent here at Prose. The staff at the leasing office are very kind and awesome! Maintenance response time is fast, and they do a great job of having annual maintenance check-ups. The community is quiet and clean, with easy access to trails and it’s near two breweries with great food options.
