It’s been a positive and welcoming experience! Currently they’re moving to a new system so there have been a couple hiccups but nothing too crazy.

Neighborhood is clean, safe, and everything is easily accessible. Had an easy time registering cats as ESAs with help from the leasing office. The only trouble we have is getting Amazon packages at times - they have a locker system and Amazon can be tricky about it, particularly delivery times or package sizes. Not the neighborhood’s fault, just Amazon rules. Not a big deal, but if you really need something don’t order for Sunday delivery because Amazon drivers basically will not ever bring... anything to door.

We have a wonderful and spacious apartment off of the main road. There is some daily noise in the area but is usually limited to trash removal and landscaping, which makes this apartment complex pleasant to live at. The community, including staff, are quiet and kind. Community events at the lodge and local food trucks have been a pleasant way to meet our neighbors. It is also only a few minutes walk from the village where you can make hair salon appointments, dentist appointments, and visit the... grocery store.

I have lived here for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. It’s very quiet and the inside is very spacious. The only downside I came upon today is the office hours are supposed to open at 9 and I arrived at 9:30 and they still were not open.

This place is great, it’s just so expensive it’s hard to feel good about. You might have a great place to stay but all the while you know you are making a bad long term financial decision paying high rent like this that will only lead to ongoing financial stagnation or loss. There is more to like then current comfort and convenience, don’t get too comfortable here— you’ll wish you had made better financial decisions years later. Rent somewhere where you can make some solid financial progress so... you can pay a mortgage instead of a landlord.
