The location of this property is close to the freeways, stores and restaurants. For those who do not drive, the bus stop is right out front of the property, making transportation easy for everyone.

Having lived at Crescent Park Apartments for over 20 years, I've come to really enjoy living here. The staff and maintenance crew are always very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well-kept with weekly lawn service. It's pet-friendly. We're within walking distance of grocery shopping plus eateries. I highly recommend Crescent Park Apartments in Eugene, Oregon.

These apartments are in a convenient location not directly in the bustle of downtown, but close enough to everything to be convenient. It is quiet and peaceful. Rent is reasonable. The staff is fantastic and eager to help in any way they can. The apartments are sized well and up to date. All around a pretty good place to call home.

Love the 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment. The landscaping at Crescent Park and the maintenance of it are super nice. Dog friendly, yes. The ages of the residents are diverse and does not lend itself to a feeling of community. Neither does the frequest turnover of residents.
