we have been living here almost a year and we love it. Its close to stores, restaurants, a bus line and daycare. it is safe, the amenities are wonderful and the staff is SUPER nice. we love it!

Clean, well maintained, quiet neighbors.

I only withheld one star because of the new vinyl flooring in my apartment. While it looks great, it continues to off-gas a strong chemical odor nearly two months after installation. Gratefully, it is nearly aired out (after leaving all windows open and running 2 air filters).

In addition, the textured surface makes it surprisingly difficult to keep clean.

This has been unpleasant and impacted my desire to be in apartment or invite friends over.
