When certain amenities aren't working, it makes it kind of frustrating, given the rent is so high. We were told weeks ago that the hot tub would be fixed, and yet, it has not.
There's dog poop everywhere and the timing of the sprinklers is still kind of a problem.

We're also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding pet waste and... sprinkler timing. The apartments are so outdated and the complex won't change the carpet unless you move out so that they can raise the price of rent for the next individual who rents the apartment. The blinds in the front are frayed at the edges but they won't replace them for new blinds. Overall the complex is old and the owners are cheap and refuse to renovate until you move out so they can charge more for the newly renovated apartments. Also the rent for 30 year old buildings is way too high.

Spring Creek Apartments is a great place to live. It is close to shopping and restaurants. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with good places to walk and also has a very pretty park nearby.
