Overall, a great place to live. Beautiful community And very nice neighbors. There is abundant parking. Very Pet friendly and so close to lots of walking trails.

I have lived here for almost 14 years because it's a quiet property with a friendly staff and a great location. I love my access to the paths along the Delta Ponds and Willamette River.

It is going on 4 years now calling River Terrace home. There have been a few issues but eventually solved with good outcomes. the setting is beautiful and conveniently located. Staff is available and listens to any concerns. Various social events have been available of recent year. Food carts invited on the property. This adds to the atmosphere of living here. Basically it is a nice place to live. Usually quiet too.
