Having lived here for almost 10 years I have seen a lot of changes around here! I am not very happy with being charged a fee for gas, for the great room since we hardly ever use it!! Not even sure how they calculate the cost per each unit monthly? Not even sure it’s nothing more than a money making scheme! Please explain to me how you calculate the costs for water and waste charges?
