The Bailey has been a very enjoyable living experience for me. My family & I have been enjoying the pool, the exercise room, & the nearby walking trails. I like that it is a family & pet friendly environment too! The amazing staff is always ready to help & listen if you have any questions.

Pros:
-The units are spacious & well-designed. If you come & go without spending much time on the grounds, it could be a good fit.
-The maintenance team is great, though they are somewhat stretched thin.
-The management is responsive.

Cons:
-The parking situation is poor. Lots of tenants are assigned parking spots in front of various units rather than their own, which is quite frustrating. Tenants will spend hours hanging out in their cars outside other people's units, creating somewhat of...
an invasive atmosphere.

-Lack of communal spaces; the only option is the great room near the office, which is only open during office hours.

-The grounds are littered with dog waste, even on sidewalks. The shared hallways are unsightly, with trash and debris that need attention. Shared spaces should be required to stay clean.

-The dog park needs mulch replaced more than once a year.

-Bike storage isn’t secure, with multiple break-ins reported. Chainlink stays cut & storage stays unusable

The bailey made it quick and easy to move in, they have been very welcoming :) the facilities are well kept and so nice to have around. The property is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly :)
