Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Chris was great. He showed me a different place about a year ago and is a wonderful employee to do tours with. Beautiful complex with lots of amenities. Very excited to move in.

Been here almost 10 years and still love the place. Great staff, amenities and neighbor events. Great location to the path, bus, banking, nails, haircut, restaurants and shopping.

More and more weed smells have been coming around the complex I live in and it occurs so much my children ask what the smell is. Spider webs all over railings, and abandoned vehicles in parking spots. People digging through trash cans looking for cans, bottles, or valuable trash that's been thrown away. This really should be a gated community for the amount of rent charged and the area we are in.

The staff is very nice and responds to emails and phone calls very quickly which is helpful when trying to get information in a time sensitive matter. I have yet to deal with the maintenence team since our apartment has had no issues but the grounds and the pool are all in good condition which can tell you they do a good job. For college students if you are looking for a quiet place around 13 minutes from campus then this is for you.
