The buildings are nice and the area is clean and friendly. The staff is helpful and will make sure anything you need they will get done. The maintenance team is also very helpful as well.

It was quiet here with well insulated apt, low utility bill, close shopping and bus stops. Skylights brighten up 2nd floor apts. Well landscaped and clean grounds. My maintenance experience was grossly poor for a couple requests. They treated me poorly with that(I felt gaslit for trying to get hotter than lukewarm showers for a couple years straight). Treated very very poorly when I was very very sick in 2021. In 2020 they took away our cable and utilities included with rent feature. $50 for... replacement parking placard if you lose yours, when there’s always extra parking in lots. No covered parking. No amenities except dishwasher. No hot water heater unit inside apt(shared boiler room for whole bldg which had multiple issues requiring water shut off many times/yr). No air conditioning in apt., but they have it in the office. 10% rent increases yearly with no benefit to our units. Nice office staff there now. Some really nice neighbors here. Pets have been very quiet in our courtyard area.

Great location, quiet complex. Good layout for the townhouses. It's handy having shopping nearby as well as the bus route. Not much for amenities.

Fairly nice apartment and friendly neighbors, however, these apartments are overpriced for what they are and lack amenities. The laundry situation could certainly be better seeing as how an entire 3 story building shares 2 washers/dryers and it costs over $4 for a single load.. We are also very overcharged for utilities. We dont use much water yet have to evenly split/pay for water other units use. We also are charged a hefty "public service charge" every month saying its for things like police... and street sweepers? Isnt that what I pay taxes for?
