Great Team The management and staff are friendly, helpful, understanding, firm, conscientious, and prompt. They investigate issues thoroughly and take action purposefully and expertly. Problems often get resolved within the day a repair request is presented. Lauren, Ashley, and Dustin are a great team whom I rely on for everything, from changing a lightbulb to putting in a new deadbolt, routine pest control, sidewalk snow shoveling, weather alerts, dog station cleanups, fun festivities, and... community gatherings. This is not an Assisted Living Community, yet they sure do offer a lot of assistance and amenities that my 68-year-old self appreciates. I’m grateful to be living here and cared for by this team.

Palisades at Plott Creek The rural setting of this property is beautiful. The management makes sure the complex is secure, and screens potential residents to insure a peaceful environment. We have an on-site security person. The maintenance staff is responsive and competent

This property is professionally run.
We rented at Palisades for one year while building our new home. The staff is very friendly, happy, and willing to help at all times. It’s pretty obvious they love their jobs and working together. We felt the accommodations were well maintained and everything from the pool, gym and playground were kept clean and attractive.
