Mgmt & Maintenance - 10 You guys do a great job. Unfortunately, there is only one maintenance man ands so many apts. Will patiently wait for the blind caps that are missing on porch doors & bedroom porch door. As for the constant dumpster issues, it is my suggestion that cameras should be placed high up on bldg & close to dumpster to stop those tenants leaving unwanted furniture, mattresses & bags os used or unwanted stuff for others to take. They should be taking these things to donation... places or a public dumpster. It obviously costs the company $ to haul it all away. The camera would see the perpetrator and the would be charged the $140. to haul their unwanted items instead of the company paying the cost and the man power of our only maintenance guy!!! the cost the company

Fabulous Place
We are moving there in early July. From the beginning until this day, they have been helpful, professional, and prompt. We cannot wait until we live there. My husband and I will be in one apartment and our daughter will be in one nearby. They worked with us on close proximity. They worked with us on whatever we have needed, even helping me with the computer stuff because I don't understand all the "how to" with computers. Pearl Barfield
