Outstanding customers service Ive been here almost 2 years. I have pass history with Southwood in GSO early 2000's and the customers service was good. I pray I can continue to resided here if they have a heart and stopped increaseing our Rent, there are n amenties ,so why or what are we paying for?. God bless you

I love living here!!! I have no complaints! I love living here and all the staff are courteous and respectful. Anytime I have something that needs to be fixed it is always done in a timely manner and the maintenance guys are always courteous as well and do a great job!

Lived here for almost two years, great place
As the title says, I've lived in the complex for almost two years now. I live in a 2 bed, 2 bath. With our unit, the interior is nice and clean. It's hard for me to hear my roommate when he's in his bedroom when I'm in the living room. Walls are mostly soundproof so you rarely hear your neighbors unless they're in the breezeway. The staff ALWAYS let you know ahead of time before they enter your apartment so it's not a surprise. The mechanics are incredibly kind and fast with their work. Very pet... friendly.
