Maintenance Team is top notch! I love the maintenance team at Palisades @ PM! They are always quick to respond to service requests, friendly and knowledgeable. My air conditioner decided it was time to die before a heat wave came through and Issac showed up the next morning to fix it. Issac was very respectful of entering my apartment and my cat. Thank you so much!

Broken fan fixed I submitted a request through the portal but did not hear anything so I went to Management Office. And once I had a conversation there later that day somebody came and fix the fan perfectly. They were very nice and efficient.
