Mold I have multiple rooms of concern with mold. I have already had my laundry room treated once and now it is back even worse and in other rooms. To be fair, I have only just called and reported earlier today. So I understand I need to give them time to respond. But concerned with the fact that this is even an issue.
The only other complaint I have is the noise issue with the apartment above me and this is during quiet hours. I have reported multiple times.

Nice staff, unethical corporate The staff at Groves at Berry Creek were very friendly, however, their corporate office does not follow the Fair Housing Act and discriminates against people. Corporate is very rude and after running an incorrect background check slandered my fiancé. I would not recommend any Southwood Realty property.

A very nice place to live I really love living here , the staff is very helpful and always there to help when in the office or the phone. When not in the office like Sunday, you can still have contact with maintenance off hours. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and respectful to your privacy and place. They all go beyond to help out. The place is well maintained and always clean. Before any changes or safety issues , tenants are always informed in time. The office feels like home and the... entire staff is just awesome. This is a beautiful team.
