Low-Stress & Fantastic People! Leasing a new home is never easy, but with Hariette and Kenny the process was super low-stress and welcoming! The tour, application, and rental process was smooth and flexible & the unit we toured is the unit we leased! How often does that happen?! Move-in was awesome, as other tenants came out and offered their help carrying boxes to the second floor. The community is great! Incredibly happy and grateful for our new home!

Thank you for handling this. You assisted me on several occasions regarding unusual noises coming from my ceiling fan. As I am sensitive to sound, even the slightest noise tends to bother me. You installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom, and you were kind enough to inspect it multiple times to address the noise issues. I am truly grateful for your assistance.
