Couple things Loud sometimes in the evenings with motorcycles and the gun shots at night the police addressed issues after happening two times outside Bldg 83, scary! I hope the police can ride through sometimes. Also, some trash needs picked up around property, in flower beds and between apartments, I think this is in progress though. Otherwise, everyone in office is friendly and professional and I enjoy living here.

Leak in bathroom sink... I think his name is Justin and he did a fantastic job. He came while I was gone and it was fixed when I came home. Everything was cleaned up and did not leak... thank you for a job well done.

this property is not for me Having to rent or buy a washer & dryer to put in the unit is a non-starter for me.

Bees nest Maintenance came and sprayed the nest. Said he had a epi pen in his truck cause was allergic to bees. He said he would be back that evening or the next day to remove the nest that he sprayed but he never came back and the nest is still hanging there. It is in the sprinkler so that is a fire risk as well.
