Love the apartment, location, view, amenities, concierge, ease of moving my belongings in…very happy to be here! However, I will say my move in experience with the leasing staff was less than ideal due to various miscommunication and I’m a little worried about needing any future assistance from the agents in the south tower due to them being less than helpful/friendly. Hoping that’s not the norm, but we’ll see. Other than that, my experience has been good so far.

Best thing about this place is the price but when they go up it’s not worth the troubles in the summer pool issues the elevator always breaking dog poop everywhere including in the emergency stairwell which is a hazard

Just moved in this past Saturday and so far everything is perfect! The Office staff was wonderful and the Concierge was very helpful while we moved in. The apartment is just what we wanted with a view.
