Move-in and living experience have been good so far. I would like getting in touch with the staff a bit easier via phone. It’s rare to reach the office in 1-2 call attempt but once answered, they have been quick to resolve issues.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a peaceful and quiet place with beautiful sunsets and amazing city views. The administrative staff is very efficient and always helpful whenever I have questions about the Asher building.
The apartment was in very good condition when I moved in and everything has been very clean and well maintained. The amenities are excellent — I would honestly give them a 10/10.
The only small issue is that the stairways could use a little more cleaning, but overall it... has been a great experience living here.

The apparent is in a great location, sadly it’s not well clean, some times you can fine dog poop and pee in the elevators and hallways, and a lot of people smokes weed, to the portraying you open the balcony door the smell goes in to the apartment, and I the north tower lobby the smell is horrible, I been leaving there for 9 months and still smell like trash and dead animal
