My first impression after moving in wasn’t totally the best. It took a minute to get my car registered so having to constantly ask the desk for a QR so I didn’t have to pay for parking until they got me registered was getting annoying. The leasing office is hard to reach especially if you work the same hours as the office. They don’t reply to emails and its hard to get through calls. It’s a very dog friendly place but the cleanliness outside the building isn’t totally the best either. If there’s... cameras people need to be held more accountable for letting their dogs potty in front the entrances or the build and parking entrance/exits. I love my new place but there’s pros and cons to it for sure.

Have lived here for a short time now. The view is amazing, the neighborhood is okay, but the amenities are the main attraction. Would recommend to singles or couples moving to CLT.
