The building offers very good amenities. The gym is very spacious and has good equipment. The apartments are modern and nice. I’m so happy to be here with the Ascher community and live in uptown

This is a great place so far. maintenance issues when I moved in though. not as sketchy as I thought. Love the views and amenities. also make sure you tour first because there were some layouts that were not in the pictures.

I haven’t had any problems. Lived here for 5 months now. Can’t wait to see what a year has in store. Also hoping there will be some good renewal deals because I’m interested in staying.

The community amenities are really nice. That aesthetic is also really great. The downside is that the staff is really low and they don’t prioritize phone calls or reaching back out through emails. It took a while for my car to get registered, which is something that should’ve been sent over before I picked up my move in keys. Luckily the gift card concession did not take long to be sent over to me. The other downside is that it’s a very pet friendly environment so I think for the size of the... buildings, the north and south side of the building the property needs a bigger staff to not only help with cleanliness and hold residents accountable to not respecting the properties clean this with their animals but to make sure everything is up to the appropriate standards.
