Good community with great amenities. We are enjoying staying at The Ascher. As a new resident, we got everything under the same roof. Additionally, the renting space is very spacious and my kid has lot of room to run around.

The noise is a bit much being I was told the walls were concrete and there wouldnt be much noise. Also the parking situation is weird because I was told I would be charged by the Ascher and that wasnt true either. Besides that- awesome apartment.

Could be better. The apartment has done lots of renovations but until management gets better, this place will never be 100%. Each day I ask myself why I signed this lease even after looking at the bad reviews. Stay away from here!
