Really enjoy living here overall! Standouts are the wonderful maintenance team (5 stars for real), the beautiful area and grounds, and the quality of our apartment. However, the rent continues to increase even though there are more restrictions on some amenities now, we lost the security gates, among a couple of other factors. I understand rent will always go up year to year, but I think there should be some scaling efforts made. One small suggestion is that the espresso/coffee machine should be... accessible beyond just leasing office hours. If it was in the clubhouse, for example, residents would have better access to it.

Love this community! Could not be happier that I moved here! The team is terrific and so helpful! Love that I can drop by for a soda or coffee at the office. Can’t wait to experience the community events and hang out by the pool. Looking forward to meeting people in the community.

The office staff has been very welcoming and helpful! They always greet me with a smile and get all my questions answered with much patience! Maintenance requests have been followed through on quickly as well. Maintenance staff is top notch!
