I have an incredible experience living here.. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and reachable. The apartment itself is top notch modern and designed well. Location is absolutely awesome! Close to everything I need. it's in a safe and vibrant neighborhood.

Living at Laurent Apartments has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at home. The staff here goes above and beyond to create a warm and responsive community—friendly, professional, and always quick to help with any needs or questions.

The amenities are top-notch—from the stunning pool and modern fitness center to the peaceful common... areas that make working from home or relaxing on weekends an absolute joy. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything feels thoughtfully designed and impeccably clean.

My apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and filled with natural light. The finishes are high-end, the appliances are modern, and everything feels luxurious yet comfortable. I’ve loved coming home here every single day.

Laurent’s location is another huge bonus—close enough to the energy of Charlotte but tucked away just enough to feel like a peaceful retreat.

I can confidently say that living at Laurent has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful to call this place home and can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an elevated living experience in Charlotte!
