Great spot to live in an up and coming neighborhood

I love my top floor apartment. Amazing view of charlotte and dead quiet at night. You can literally walk to the Independent picture house and the sourrounding restaurants and bars. Got a sweet pool and great amenities. Staff is friendly and attentive to my concerns as always.

If you decide to move here, make sure you stay on top of everything from day one. Double-check that all the numbers and charges in your welcome letter are accurate, and thoroughly inspect your apartment for any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns before signing your lease or fully moving in.

Also, be aware that most of your communication will likely be through Jaden, Z, or Gerald. In my experience, I would not count on regularly seeing the property manager or having concerns addressed... directly by her.

Overall, it can be a decent place to live once you get through the initial hardships and frustrations.

Sorella, what a fantastic place to live. I would even go as far to say I wanna be buried here. You can turn my apartment into a mausoleum. I love the pet spa and I can’t wait for the pool to be open. CANNONBALL! Haven’t been able to make it to any community events yet, but I’ll see you there Mr sorella.

So far I have only lived at Sorella about a month and a half but my experience has been great. The biggest thing that makes the experience great is the staff. I have mostly worked with Gerald and he has been amazing from the tour process to addressing any of my concerns now as a resident. The whole staff is great with communication and so friendly. I love the idea of having resident events and making your home feel like a community.
