Such a peaceful neighborhood! Lakes, ducks turtles are right at the backyard! Staff in office are all wonderful! Bugs and roaches are just the biggest issue. That usually comes with older apartments and it’s more difficult to completely Keep them out.

Everything needs to be upgraded, maintenance needs to do better with fixing things and cleaning up using their own tools not the tenants. Aldo they leave stains on furniture

This unit was not ready for moving into. We expected to have a unit that we were shown to. Yet everyday we have to put in work orders for repairs and maintenance and the unit was not clean and the floor is separating. My neighbor over top of us all night and all day heavy stomping can’t sleep sleeper have to be at work at 5:00am and we pay for trash service and they don’t pick it up daily so the units smell badly.
