The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Staff was very helpful and made the process so smooth, from when we first walked in the building all staff was helpful and Positive. I had to mover coming super early in the morning on moving day so the manager even came in early to asset me to get keys. Im so happy woth my experience

You’re not in a prime location that’s near anything, but parking here is crazy.There are not enough parking spots for tenants. Everyone parks without a sticker and only some get towed. The towing company is $500 btw. I would stay far away.

Love everything about the Complex so far, except for the parking situation, there are alot of vehicles that park on the property overnight with no parking sticker and you have to park across the property and walk to your unit

My apartment is great, I have my place set up like it’s a rock and roll museum. It’s clean and organized, unlike the outside of the apartment. Without exaggerating, literally the entire complex is either disgusting, somewhat broke, and bug infestations. If you think this place is “great” all around, then it must be sunshine and rainbows because it looks awful. The only pros of this place is my apartment and the pool for the most part. I’ve only lived here for almost a year and I learned a lot... from this place. There’s no lack of improvement for the issues I stated. You pay a lot of money to live in a place that looks like it was raided by pigpen from Charlie Brown. Thats how bad it is and no I’m not exaggerating or being overdramatic but that’s what the outside feels like. No effort to maintain cleanliness outside my apartment at all.
