I enjoy my apartment at brisket. Nice amenities, great pool, nice gym. Cool dog park even though I don’t have a dog. Noisy right off 64. Lots of silverfish inside other than that I don’t think any complaints ????

Everything has been great, we have lived here 2.5 years. This is a safe place, even during hurricanes, we had no issues. Neighbors are friendly.

Love everything about the entire community. It is bright and clean. People are friendly. Dog park is more like a State Park!

Been here a week and love everything! Everyone in the office and on the maintenance team is super helpful and kind. Staff is very down to earth and treat you more like a friend than a customer. Amenities are nice, clean, and in working order. Grounds are kept picked up and you are so close to everything you need (shopping, medical care, food, gas, entertainment, etc). Love the indoor breezeways too, extra layer of security and keeps you out of the Florida sun/rain.
