This is one awesome property everyone on staff is amazing and very helpful. These apartment homes are very nice and spacious inside all the amenities the property has to offer is phenomenal this house is by the best I’ve ever lived in

Things are going downhill. There doesn’t seem to be any accountability for broken rules. Dog poop covers the ground, trash cans are left in the hall all week, smoking is a continual issue. Upkeep in the building is failing, carpet is dirty, stairwells are nasty. Maintenance within my apartment is perfect. I love my apartment, it’s the surroundings that are disappointing.

I’ve had to have a couple of things done since I wrote the last review but I do wanna say that everything is going so wonderful here maintenance staff is outstanding and also the office they can’t be any better and always holding something nice and fun to do so I would say if you want a happy place come to Brixley thank you Linda

Awesome place to live everyone is friendly and the bonus is when they do special events. They have a gym, pool, and grilling stations. Numerous buildings and they allow pets. Come check it out I think you might be happy here!
