While I love it here, love my apartment, think the staff are really great ... I am growing a bit frustrated with the lack of security. Gates still are not operational, and now it seems the outside doors are either ziptied to stay unlocked or just do not lock at all. Part of my decision to rent here was a safe environment. I think that needs to become a priority. Rents are not cheap, and in the nearly two years I have lived here, the gates have never been operational. I feel this violates... what my lease promised me, and I think it's also part of the reason people choose to not renew their lease.

Besides the random residents that dont care about the property & neighbors.throw garbage that the maintenance has to consently have to clean up and random dog owners that dont pick up after their big dogs.I would say thats the only thing Staff is great. Wish people had more respect and pride of their home.

I cannot recommend this place more than anywhere else I lived in an apartment. Stephanie Office are so helpful, kind and courteous. From the manager, to the assistant manager, to the new on the group, they exceed my expectations. It will be staying here another 15 months so grateful love this place thank you Linda Carroll.
