I have lived here for over a year and a half, and the property grounds are clean, the staff really cares about their residents, and the amenities are superb. I highly recommend Brixley to anyone looking for a resort-style home, along with Property Management that will ensure their residents are happy and safe. Thank you Brixley staff for working so hard!

We've been here for about 3 weeks now and it's been very good. The staff at the office are all very helpful and the maintenance employees are also super nice and helpful. The property is very well kept and the unit we got is wonderful. I am definitely looking forward to being here for a while.

Great place to live. Great staff. Doesn't overcharge for loving and doesn't hike the rent up like most places do. Overall a great place to live and I highly recommend anyone who wants to live here.

Living at Brixley has been a pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept clean and secure.
The location is super convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and main roads. Parking is usually easy to find, and the neighbors are generally respectful.
There’s some occasional noise, but nothing too disruptive. Overall, it’s a solid community that I’d... recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place to live.
