Overall I am very happy with Sage. Maintenance responds promptly to any requests and the apartments are beautiful and overlooking Oscar Scherer State Park. I appreciate that they have started heating the pools in winter so I can swim almost year round (they only heat it to 78 degrees so it's not very pleasant on truly cold days). I just wish they could get the hot tub working again.

We’ve been living at Sage for almost three years now, and it’s been a pleasure. The staff is kind and helpful, and the property is well maintained. We’d sign another lease in a heartbeat if we weren’t moving out of state once this one has expired.

It’s Beautiful! We love it here. Everyone is friendly. It’s soo quiet. Anna Mae and Jacob and Eka are soo nice and they are willing to help you if you need something. They are all very professional. I hope to have many years to come living here.
