I moved in earlier this month and I have enjoyed being here ever since I have moved in. I would recommend anyone in the area looking for an apartment to move in here

From the day I moved in, my apartment has smelled like bacon. Despite deep cleaning, using air fresheners, and candles, the smell has never gone away. I was told it would be addressed, but no one has ever followed up. I also had to throw away food multiple times due to a malfunctioning fridge. After four or five service requests, it was finally replaced. Maintenance is hit or miss. They don’t call ahead to schedule appointments even when requested, and the office staff is rarely in the office or... responsive to phone calls. At times, I’ve called for days with no answer or return call, which makes it feel like they don’t prioritize tenants or new residents. The positive side is the location is very convenient, and the neighbors make it a pleasant community. Good place but noisy neighbors with heavy feet who think they live in a house in the countryside.You talk to the office about it many times but nothing is done

Avidity Living is a nice place to live. The grounds are well maintained. The hallways are kept very clean. The noise level is low in my third floor apartment, and I love the big windows with lots of natural light. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful.

I enjoy staying at Avidity and the location that it's in. It's really convenient with everything that it's surrounded by, from the outlets to restaurants.
