It's very nice and peaceful here. There's everything you need nearby. It's in a great area and has a nice park nearby.. The apartments look like actually homes instead of apartments.

Living here started off great but has since become very disappointing. Rent keeps being raised but our amenities and services that we pay for each month are not up to par. We pay for valet trash pickup, yet trash constantly piles up as it is not collected as scheduled. Our pool was closed for a year and a half, yet we still paid our "Green Fee" for amenities each month. Speaking of the pool, the lounge chairs and pool furniture are slowly falling apart, the new gates were installed but still not... yet properly secured so anyone in town can come use the pool (which they do), the fire pit hasn't worked in over two years, and the grills working are usually hit or miss. The office staff are OK however the property manager and assistant manager act like they are above the residents which is super off-putting. We recently moved in here from Largo and so far everyone has been very sweet! I love seeing the ducks outside and the area is nice and beautiful :)

I’ve been living here for a while now and honestly, it’s been a good experience overall, which is why I decided to renew my lease. It’s a safe, comfortable place to live and I’ve always felt at ease here.

The staff is pretty helpful and maintenance has been solid whenever I needed anything. The area stays clean, it’s usually quiet, and the neighbors are respectful, which makes a big difference.

All in all, it’s been a smooth living experience and I feel good about staying here longer
