We have lived here almost 3 months now and our experience has been great thus far. We have no problems with pests or disorderly neighbors. The office staff is friendly, responsive and quick to help with any issues or questions, especially Stefanie. She has been great! The maintenance staff is a 10/10! Alex, Tito and Oscar are amazing and always say hello with a smile. Whatever the problem they take care of it. I love that the community is mostly adults or Disney workers. No parties, loud music... and no smoking. There is always peace and quiet and that makes us feel so at ease compared to our last apartment. My one suggestion would be implementing Valet Trash services since we currently pay for trash. I do like the trash chute on each floor so they are easy to access though. We don't fell like a client, we have been made to feel at home and taken care of :)

AMAZING community! Truly like living in our own private paradise! The Apartments are absolutely beautiful, the amenities are incredible and the overall grounds stunning. We are so very grateful for this wonderful community and all the folks that are here to maintain and keep it beautiful!

Cortland makes me feel safe to live on my own and comfortable to spend time in my home. The team is reliable and friendly and takes great care of the community. I always see maintenance around handling issues and everyday upkeep.

Elevators in at least TWO buildings have been broken for MONTHS. Some days there are NO working elevators in the building at all! (4th FLOOR resident). The office is very difficult to speak with in person. They are only in office a few days a week.
