For internet-related issues, Gigstreem is an independent... third-party provider. All troubleshooting, service requests, and any credit considerations must be submitted directly through their support team. Our team meets with Gigstreem weekly to review resident-submitted tickets, but we did not see a recent request under your account. Submitting a ticket with them is the only way they can diagnose the issue, provide updates, or determine whether a credit is applicable.

For valet trash, any missed pickups should be reported through the Cortland app so the vendor can return and complete service. While credits are not automatically issued for vendor delays, reporting each occurrence allows us to hold the vendor accountable and address recurring issues more effectively.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We regret to hear there have been some aspects of your experience that have fallen short of the one we strive to provide and we appreciate the opportunity to address what you shared in your review... .

Regarding the grills, there was an incident on December 28th that resulted in an injury. As a result of this, the pool grills and other community grills must remain preserved in their current condition until they are inspected by the appropriate parties. We are exploring the option of providing propane tank grills in common areas, but we are still waiting for guidance before moving forward.

We understand your comment about the bark park. Our plans to make upgrades to it unfortunately got postponed, but in the meantime, our service and landscape teams continue regular maintenance, though there is not yet a scheduled date for improvements.

For the gates, the entry system routes calls to the office so access can be granted remotely. Previously, the gates were scheduled to remain open during business hours Monday through Saturday due to repeated issues with people being unable to gain entry when associates were assisting residents or touring apartments and could not immediately answer the phone.

We have plans to add window screens this year and are currently working on finding the right vendor to work with on this. Regarding the pool, we do have security onsite with instructions to monitor the area, including noise, alcohol use, and non-residents accessing the pool. Based on your comments, this is something we will be addressing further with the security team to improve consistency.
