The community and amenities are wonderful. The maintenance team is amazing. A primary reason to rent here. Since the administration lost Britany as the manager, the new management has changed completely. Issues are not being dealt with, garbage is randomly not picked up despite paying for valet trash, internet outages are expected to be ongoing due to the contract with Gigstreem for the next 4-5 years, the new manager says that when the team works at their other site, Reunion Cortland, then they... are NOT expected to reply to any community issues at Championsgate Cortland. A full time admin team that is available for all residents is much needed and they should go back to that schedule.

I really like the condominium, and the staff are polished, friendly, and kind; Mr. José, the maintenance worker, always has a smile on his face and is always very cordial.

Grills, fireplaces , hot tub doesn’t work for the foreseeable future with no clear update to the residents. Also this place is an Airbnb apartments now.

Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We would like to provide some context as to the delay in making the grills be operational.
Due to an incident that occurred onsite, we are legally required to preserve the grills,... which prevents us from making repairs. Also, the gas line for the grills in the pool area is also used for the spa, therefore, preventing it from operating based on its specifications. The company that provides propane for our tanks is currently prohibited from refilling as well. There will be some repairs and inspections required of all grills and fire pits throughout the community before they will be operational for our residents. We are waiting on details as to when we can move forward but no dates have been provided at this time.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we greatly appreciate all residents patience during this time. We hope to provide a community-wide update soon.
