A home, not just an apartment
Responsive and personable local office staff, outstanding maintenance department, parking lot is policed, environment is quiet and clean, issues are resolved quickly and completely. Comfortable and safe place, fun and handy food trucks every week, incredible views of the lake, two beautiful well-maintained pools. After living in a house for 50 years, it was difficult to move to an apartment. Been here for 1 year and I'm very satisfied, recommend Cortland at Lake Howell. This is NOT a subsidized... review!

We are disappointed with how much we pay, for the service we are getting maintenance wise. We have asked multiple times for the same things to be fixed. We also pay for a renovated unit just for the floors to be improperly put in and do the floor leaks glue through the cracks whenever it wants. We pay extra for that, which is crazy. All we have been to is put Ina request to clean glue from the floor. Thats not a solution, sorry. Also, too many people leave their dog waste everywhere.
