Been a resident at Cortland Lake Howell for 8 months now. Really appreciate the commitment the staff provides to residents in services and maintenance. Community is clean, quiet, and yet fun with different food trucks and celebrations. Very responsive and genuinely caring. Thoroughly enjoying my new home!

Run down and dated. The grounds aren’t maintained very well at all, there’s always dirt and trash lying around. The interior of the apartment never looks clean no matter how hard you clean. Everything has a run down and filthy appearance to it. Save your money and go elsewhere, this has made me have constant stress.

Cortland Lake Howell has been our home for 7 years - It has provided a great place to live with plenty of nature, amenities and amazing staff like Alex, Jarolyn, Rafael. They are so efficient at their jobs, may that be maintenance or admistrative. Always available, always on time, always professional. Thanks so much for the work you do! U are GREEEAAAT!

I absolutely love living at Cortland Lake Howell! This community truly goes above and beyond for its residents. They host fun giveaways and great events for tenants, and every now and then they even surprise us with free breakfast, which is such a thoughtful touch. The office staff genuinely takes the time to get to know you, so you never feel like just another person living here.
Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within a day, and I have to give a special shout-out to Alex from... the maintenance team, he’s amazing and always so helpful.
Overall, I wouldn’t change living here for the world. Cortland Lake Howell is truly a wonderful place to call home.

This community is an absolute delight to live at! The greenery is so lush and wonderful with trees providing plenty of shade. There is also a gorgeous view of Lake Howell! The team at the office is always so nice and quick to solve any issues I have and they are always hosting events and giveaways. The service team is also so quick at fixing my requests and they are very responsible and always call me before entering my home. All in all, I would give Cortland Lake Howell more than 5 stars if I... could.
