The overlook has a friendly staff always trying to please. I've met a lot of nice people here.
We're very centrally located in Daytona in Daytona, and the wildlife and the river is just great.

I have loved living here. Ladies in leasing office are amazing! I have had no complaints since living here. Very relaxing laid back enjoyable place to live and come home to everyday.

Unfortunately, our experience living here has been disappointing overall. Since move-in, we’ve had to submit maintenance requests for numerous issues including the dishwasher, kitchen sink, bathroom faucet and outlet, microwave, AC, hot water, and even a shower ceiling collapse. While most items were eventually repaired, the ongoing pest control issue has never been fully resolved despite multiple reports. No matter how many times the unit is sprayed, the issue continues. We understand... maintenance issues can happen, but we hoped for more consistent long-term resolutions to recurring problems.

The items you... mentioned, including the dishwasher, kitchen sink, bathroom faucet and outlet, microwave, AC, hot water, and the shower ceiling, were all addressed by our service team, and we appreciate your patience as each repair was completed.
We also hear your concern about ongoing pest activity. Treatments have been completed multiple times, and we understand how frustrating it is when the issue continues. We are working closely with our pest control vendor to provide more consistent and long-term results.
