Well recently searching for a new apartment for 4 year old and myself, came into contact with the leasing folks at Overlook and was blown away with the local knowledge and regional advice I was met with. From the closest playground to the nearest local theatre company Kristina was able to shed really helpful advice and my daughter and I couldn’t be happy with the area we ended up renting in. Cannot recommend stopping by to tour the available units here and chat with knowledgeable staff highly... enough.

The Overlook is an affordable place to live with great scenic views. The Seabreeze Park and Boat Ramp are steps away. The Overlook provides discounts from local merchants and restaurants for their residents to enjoy.
