Cortland Mirror Lake I would say I slightly above average decent to live in. The Club house and lake trail is very nice (besides the couple of cracked concrete spots where you can definitely twist your ankle on) on the trail. Staff is usually good and the repair guys are usually on top of things here. Biggest downside in my opinion is the trash situation and the constant broken front gate. Nothing thats more embarrassing when the first thing you see when you enter is a rusty barley functioning... gate and then an absolute mountain of trash by the dumpster. Very embarrassing. But if they manage to fix those two things plus the cracked concrete. I would say this is a great place to live. I have been here for about 2 1/2 years and have enjoyed my stay besides the trash.

Its a great neighborhood to live in..been here since 12/2024 and I haven't had any issues..couple of cosmetics fixes were needed and they were all taken care of within a day of request

I have called Cortland Mirror Lake home for over 8 years so far and while things haven't always been perfect (no where & nothing is!), the entire service team ALWAYS strives to do their best especially when concerns are brought to their attention. They are very kind hearted and considerate people & I'm super appreciative! I've even recently had issues with deliveries and Carlos & Arieli (hopefully I spelled her name correctly!) searched for my missing items and they were brought to my door as a... courtesy because they know I have health issues. I'm blessed to live here!
