I have called Cortland Mirror Lake home for over 8 years so far and while things haven't always been perfect (no where & nothing is!), the entire service team ALWAYS strives to do their best especially when concerns are brought to their attention. They are very kind hearted and considerate people & I'm super appreciative! I've even recently had issues with deliveries and Carlos & Arieli (hopefully I spelled her name correctly!) searched for my missing items and they were brought to my door as a... courtesy because they know I have health issues. I'm blessed to live here!

Terrible place, don’t move here.
Gates never work, trash piles at the dumpster and smells and is gross, bugs and mold, maintenance and management don’t care, leaks, advertised as smoke free yet constant marijuana stench, faulty outlets, etc.
Go anywhere else.

Our gates are in working order, and... dumpsters are serviced daily to prevent overflow. We also provide professional pest control services twice a week, which can be scheduled by simply submitting a request so the vendor can enter the apartment. Additionally, we take all maintenance concerns seriously and address them promptly as they are reported.
We encourage all residents to reach out directly to our office with any concerns so we can resolve them quickly and effectively. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and we remain committed to providing a positive living experience for everyone in our community.

Cortland Mirror Lake is a beautiful and quiet place to live. The management team is nice and the maintenance team is equally friendly and very professional! It has quite a few amenities that I think you and your family will appreciate during your time here. I give my personal recommendation for anyone looking to rent an apartment to at least check out Cortland Mirror Lake! The community is literally next to a lake!
