Initially Cortland seemed a nice place to live once I moved in there so many roaches I had to take matters into my own hands. Pest control came by and told me roaches are in the walls. OMG that means I have to live with it then. Also my upstairs neighbors children run through the apartment and have broken 2 of my pictures off the wall. I don’t plan to renew my lease.

Great apartment!
It’s been great so far! The clubhouse is nice and I love the pool! The faculty has been great! So far no issues! Trash does get picked up on time!
