I’ve lived here for a few years and haven’t had any complaints. As long as neighbors put their trash out in the morning, it helps avoid raccoons in the hallways at night. Although the gate is rarely closed, the community feels fairly safe and I haven’t had any issues.

Great Experience
Lake Lotus is such a lovely community peaceful, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location close to everything! I've had a great experience living here. Milica has been especially helpful and always goes above and beyond for residents. She's friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the community.

We love Cortland! Several residents had moved here from other apartment complexes, and suggested we do the same. After making the move ourselves, we see why! The staff are amazing! So friendly and welcoming, maintenance is attentive, interiors are very nice, the kitchen is also amazing, the list could go on and on. If you are looking for a spectacular place to live, look no further than Cortland Lake Lotus!

That is my only concerns living here is that my neighbors pick up after their children and dog. And be courteous to people that live under their unit. I love the apartment and the setup is great.
