Hay una alarma encendida que suena intermitentemente en el cuarto de Fire Alarm, es molestos ese ruido, esa situación tiene mas de 2 meses, lo he reportado en la oficina incluso he hablado con los encargados de mantenimiento pero continúa.
El compactado de basura es muy pequeño para el tamaño del complex. Es desagradable ver basura tirada fuera del compactador.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how disruptive the intermittent beeping from the fire alarm room must have been, and we’re glad to report that the issue was addressed yesterday. The alarm is no longer active, and... we’ll continue to monitor it to ensure it doesn’t return.

Regarding the trash compactor, it is appropriately sized for the needs of our community. However, we’ve noticed that when trash is left outside the compactor—often due to the assumption that it’s full—it can lead to a buildup. In many cases, the compactor still has room, but items placed outside can unintentionally encourage others to do the same. We’re working to remind residents to place trash inside the compactor whenever possible to help keep the area clean and functional.

Beautiful community and friendly staff

We absolutely love our community and apartment home, the staff in the office and the service manager Victor are always attentive and quick to attend to any of our needs or concerns.
