Although I was working from home, they were mindful wasn’t noisy and took care of all our need in our home. I was so happy to clock out and have everything in my home done. Was in and out but did the job! Beautiful!

Cortland has a great team of informed and friendly people, their amenities are wonderful and kept up beautifully, parking is easy and accessible, and the community is quiet and calm. There is NO SMOKING at this property, not in the parking lot, dog park, car wash, inside, outside, NOWHERE. And I mean nowhere on the property.

Terrible experience. Not luxury at all. Save your money. Management is unprofessional and disrespectful to their residents. They have hidden policies and when the resident needs serious help with certain things thats when they bring them out. Surprise! Requests are made and no one shows up. No matter how clean you are is infested with roaches and trash chute is full of raccoons. Absolutely no customer service at all. End up spending so much money for what? Read reviews really well.

Hace 7 años y hasta hace 3 años todo era diferente para bien tal vez la comunidad tenía sus problemas como todas pero la atención en la administración era tan diferente que podías tolerar algunas cosas pero ahora realmente aún me mantengo allí por el colegio de mis hijos!!! Ya nada me ata aquí!!!!

The only thing that is beneficial about this complex is the location. Other than I wouldn't recommend living here at all. Part of it is Cortland itself, not particularly the office staff. There's alot that should be changed to keep residents happy.
