At noon, I submitted a service request via the Cortland application. The request pertained to a fractured front glass panel on the oven. Later that afternoon, Technician JOSÉ arrived to evaluate the situation and committed to resolving the issue by the end of the day. Within an hour, JOSÉ returned, not only with the replacement glass but also a new front door for the oven. I wish to commend JOSÉ for his consistent helpfulness and prompt problem-solving capabilities across the condominium. We... extend our congratulations to all individuals involved for the outstanding service and solutions provided to Cortland residents.

They need to change the community manager. The quality of the complex has declined considerably. The tenants are not following the contract rules. There is no supervision. I feel cheated and ignored. I have been reporting various irregularities for the past three months, and the administration has taken no action. I demand the release and cancellation of my contract without penalty for breach of contract by the landlord or property management.
