Great apartments. Great club house with amazing lake view. And great activities in the club house like today’s Movie Night !!!!!

They need to change the community manager. The quality of the complex has declined considerably. The tenants are not following the contract rules. There is no supervision. I feel cheated and ignored. I have been reporting various irregularities for the past three months, and the administration has taken no action. I demand the release and cancellation of my contract without penalty for breach of contract by the landlord or property management.

This property is beautiful inside and OUT! However, ironing out small kinks would make it TOP TIER, best complex in Lake Nona with improvements suggested.
