Responsive and personable local office staff, outstanding maintenance department, parking lot is policed, environment is quiet and clean, issues are resolved quickly and completely. Comfortable and safe place, fun and handy food trucks every week, incredible views of the lake, two beautiful well-maintained pools. After living in a house for 50 years, it was difficult to move to an apartment. Been here for 1 year and I'm very satisfied, recommend Cortland at Lake Howell. This is NOT a subsidized... review!

Run down and dated. The grounds aren��t maintained very well at all, there’s always dirt and trash lying around. The interior of the apartment never looks clean no matter how hard you clean. Everything has a run down and filthy appearance to it. Save your money and go elsewhere, this has made me have constant stress.

An Amazing Place To Live
Cortland Lake Howell has been our home for 7 years - It has provided a great place to live with plenty of nature, amenities and amazing staff like Alex, Jarolyn, Rafael.
