Been reporting for almost a month or two now, there is a maintenance truck that is always parking on 150 Coronado the pay parking thing that cost 175 per month, that truck or the person that parks there is parked on the res line blocking the recyclable bins and also the door, nobody should he allowed to park on the said spot I kept on reporting but Ezra the app just kept on repeating that the issue will be essacalated to whoever but no actions done.

I have lived in this apartment for three years now, and I have found it very comfortable and enjoyable. Recently, I’ve also noticed a significant improvement in the maintenance, which I think is a very positive change.

Parking is trouble out here. I'm regretting it since I've been living out here the rent is to expensive for me here I rather pay a in-law apartment
