Management is terrible. They are useless and never find solutions for anything. Rent is insanely high for no reason. Living here is a nightmare I would give it -5 stars if I could.

The Westlake apartments are located in an area where TRANSPORTATION, SHOPPING , and RESTAURANTS are accessible, especially if a car is not available. Reasonably priced.

PARKING, if one chooses not to rent garage space, can be an issue. And I believe the parking problem will be worse once the new apartments that are being constructed are completed.

Elevator is not working for almost 2 weeks now, no urgency, the hallway at 8pm is still dark. The cleanliness of the building is sometimes okay. Trash is everywhere thanks to the irresponsible neighbors just leaving their garbage at the stairways or near the stairs.

Wendy was so helpful! Found an apartment that fit our needs in one week! The apartments offer lots of amenities and are decently sized for the price.

The longer I live here the more issues I have. There are a few pros (proximity to stores/public transportstion) but mostly negative experiences lately. I reported hearing rodents in my walls and heater and they did nothing. They did not reach out to me at all. Management is clearly trying to clean up the aesthetics due to the competition being built right next to it, but are not addressing the real problems. Something needs to be done about the garbage everywhere. Every corner you turn down in... my building there is a pile of trash. Trash room is overrun by rodents that scurry around every time you open the door. I see dead rodents often. My unit has NO airflow and gets extremely hot during the day and freezing at night. Packages get stolen everyday. Security is useless. Residents have no care for the community they live in. This is my final months living here and I couldn’t be happier to get away from this place.
