There are too many maintenance issues in the building, and repairs following the major water leak have been extremely slow.
The walls are very thin. For example, the dog next door barks constantly, and the noise is extremely loud inside my apartment. The garage door is frequently out of service. Sometimes the key fob works, sometimes it doesn’t, and the same inconsistency applies to the app.
The AC did not work during the recent heat wave. Pool closures for private events are not communicated... in a timely manner. Overall cleanliness is poor, and the hallways are covered with plastic sheeting due to ongoing repairs, which looks dirty and uninviting. The trash room also smells quite bad.
Overall, for a building marketed as a luxury property, my expectations have not been met. Given the cost of the rent, I was expecting a much higher standard of maintenance, cleanliness, communication, and service.

We absolutely had a good experience so far:
The all-glass façade, which gives the building a very modern and glitzy look. The staff, who have been consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The shared working areas, which are very convenient when we need a quiet place to work outside the apartment. The superb views both from the apartment and from the rooftop. The 8th-floor terrace with the pool, barbecue area, and gym — it really feels one of a kind in the South Bay. The building’s... adoption of modern technology for everyday living, including keyless home and garage entry, package tracking, and video calling for visitors and deliveries. It’s very thoughtfully designed and convenient.
