I’ve lived in quite a few apartments around the valley, and now up the hill at Waterford Place in Dublin - and this has honestly been one of my favorite places to call home.

We moved into a perfectly clean apartment a few years ago. Together with high ceilings, a spotless carpet, and a great layout (with the living room and balcony in-between the bedrooms that allows for more privacy) this is the perfect place to live. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit is AMAZING, and being able to... control the temperature inside the apartment from my phone before we get home? I didn’t realize how much I’d love that until I had it!

Parking. Parking. Parking! We can’t stress enough how grateful we are that the parking garage is located in the middle of the complex and has parking on all levels - all the way up to the level we live on! Parking is NEVER a problem here and there are so many spaces for everyone that there is no need to assign parking. All tenants were thoughtfully provided for and we are free to park wherever we like!

What’s stood out even more over time is how peaceful it is here. The grounds are always well-kept, and you can tell there’s care put into the details. Even during move-outs. Sometimes people leave furniture behind – but things at Waterford get handled quickly and neatly. It just feels clean and calm. There’s no clutter, no odd smells, no mess - and the landscapers keep the trees and flowers groomed and colorful all year-round.

We also didn’t expect to use the amenities as much as we do. The pool and large hot tub are always clean, the BBQ areas are great for relaxing, and the clubhouse has been perfect for small family gatherings. We’ve gotten into a routine of using the gym and walking around the property in the mornings to improve our health. And in the spring, having the farmers market right across the street is such a nice bonus - there’s always music and a good community vibe.

Maintenance is clean and reliable. Whether I have a concern during business hours or after the office closes, I always get a swift remedy within that day. We appreciate that more than I can say. These guys are champions!

More than anything, though, it’s the people. We am greeted with a smile by everyone from the office staff to our maintenance champions.
