Rowe at Pear Village is a wonderful place to live. The location is unbeatable on the BAY side of Highway 101 off Shoreline Blvd., close to Google, Microsoft, & Intuit. Best of all, it’s 1 block from the Stevens Creek Trail-- awesome for car-free biking, walking, or jogging & connects quickly to the beautiful Bay Trail that runs for miles along the SF Bay. You can walk to concerts at Shoreline Amphitheatre. It’s a five-minute drive or easy bike ride to Shoreline Lake for sailing, kayaking,... stand-up paddleboarding, or picnicking. Golf course & drviving range nearby too! The nearby Castro Street pedestrian area is nice for strolling, shopping, and dining outdoors or indoors.

Pets are welcomed here, including cats or large dogs (including multiple dogs). We have a dog and have enjoyed walking her on the well lighted and nicely landscaped pathways around the building.

It’s a newer apartment building (~2 years new) with pool, hot tub, 24/7 gym, elevators, central a/c, secure garage parking, EV chargers, & secure bicycle storage. Tesla Supercharger one block away. Poolside BBQ pavilion with bar seating & big TV. Indoor rec room off the pool has a full kitchen, billiards, other games, big TV, & sofas. A top-floor sky lounge offers the same plus a sunny balcony that’s great for enjoying sunsets. Two co-working areas with desks & private breakout/solo private work rooms. Outdoor putting green. Self-service pet spa room with dog washing & drying stations (complete with power hair dryers).

The amenities are fabulous & well-kept. The staff are responsive & friendly, including Danielle & Clay in the front office plus Darron who heads maintenance. When you rent a home, you want a landlord who will take care of things. You will not have to lift a finger here, even for a small issue like a lightbulb or a fridge water filter. The management puts on a social event about once a month for residents, which we have enjoyed.

The kitchens are up to date with a built-in microwave, electric range, garbage disposal & dishwasher. Our stainless steel refrigerator includes a front water & ice dispenser that offers cubes and crushed ice. The apartments have attractive and easy-to-care-for wood laminate flooring, central air conditioning & high ceilings. Large capacity, front-loading washer & dryer in your own apartment. It's been a two weeks we moved to this luxury apartment and we are enjoying every aspect of it so far. Super helpful and friendly office Staff, the great location in a quiet area, new and clean apartment with great amenities.

Been living here since a year, frankly horrible experience so far. Poor management.

Facilities at Rowe are plenty and very nice! I love the swimming pool and lounge.

Clay showed us the best apartment! I love the space and the view. He was very timely in his communications and made leasing and move-in a easy experience.

From my first encounter with the Rowe leasing team, they were helpful and went above and beyond to help me complete the application process and move in on short notice. The community is friendly and clean, and my apartment is in excellent condition. I am so glad that I chose to live at the Rowe!
