They are very professional and helpful. We just moved into our apartment and I love everything including my neighbors. Lynnette at the office was more than helpful from day one. Myself and my husband want to thank the whole team for what they do.

First time visiting this development and was pleasantly surprised at the professional staff on board. They all greeted me with a smile and was willing to assist. I loved the way I was first given the COVID-19 test with the temperature gauge before entering the office. I thought that was really cool to see that they were all taking this virus seriously. The young lady that showed me the unit was very helpful and polite. The manager was tops, she took my application and looked it over... explaining certain things that were needed and showed that she was excited to have me as a future tenant. worst living experience ever.
between the permanent weed smell, crime, leasing office and maintenance staff this place is the worst. right now they are refusing to do any maintenance but will come into your apartment to check your air filter. If you can get incontact with the leasing officer, since they never answer the phone,, for anything they'll tell you they aren't responsible for it and there's nothing that can be done. you never know if your car will be there in the morning. The pool will... never be open and the "fitness center" is one working treadmill in a closet. there is trash literally everywhere and only one maintenance worker consistently works, don'tknow what the rest do. I should’ve ran at the first sign of the disrespectful and rude leasing lady. Upon inquiring about the property and the income limits which I knew I was within normal limit. The lady was VERY nasty and rude. Came back to consult with a manager and she too agreed I was in compliance. I haven’t even been here less then 6 months and I’ve had numerous water damage and leaks in my apartment. The first big leak was coming from an upstairs apartment. Which damaged my carpet severely and my child’s ... room as well. Not even a month later ANOTHER leak magically happened this time from the inside of the walls and it’s coming from the ground up. My entire apartment from the front is soaked in a puddle of water. I’ve called maintenance and he stated he forgot to turn some water hose off in the wall. Which made the leak even worse. As it’s now moving back towards the rooms. This is NOT living habitable AT ALL ! I am not paying rent to live in a swamp. After the first leak they claimed they put new carpet in the apartment. However all they did was air the old carpet out for two days with fans and came back and reapplied it back down. I’ve asked the manager 2 times about the dry wall being completed. She claimed both times that someone would be out to fix it. NO ONE CAME OUT! It’s been a month now and another leak has happened. Instead of trying to accommodate me, as I am the person paying for a livable space. She continues to go around my concerns and suggestions. This is nowhere near a livable environment nor safe at all for a child to live in. Instead of going around the real problem with these buildings. They mask it and feed you bs to try to shut your mouth up. These buildings are VERY old apparently and maintenance here is horrible. They need to rebuild this property. If you’re comfortable with living in a swamp and have trash from neighbors just thrown everywhere around the building , walkway and outside your front door everyday. This is the place for you ! I have found several cigarette buds on my front door mat as well. Instead of smoking at their own house they continue to come to my front door and smoke and leave. It’s quiet annoying and rude.
