One upgrade would be have a screen door or something to keep bugs out. Also, more non reserve parking spaces would be good or making reserved spaces more affordable than $145 per month.

Love living here! The leasing staff is so friendly and always very helpful and the property and amenities are very well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond and the units are beautiful and spacious. Easy decision to renew my lease for another year!
