I have been living at Montgomery Apartment Bethesda for one week, and my experience has been very positive so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, creating a comfortable place to live.I also appreciate the convenient location, with easy access to shopping, public transportation, and other daily necessities. Although I've only been here a short time, everything has met my expectations, and I'm looking forward to continuing my stay in this wonderful community.

I recently moved out after living here for five years, so I experienced both the best and the worst of this community.

When I first moved in, it was a wonderful place to live. The leasing team was exceptional, maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the community events made residents feel welcome and valued. It truly felt like a place where management cared about its tenants.

Unfortunately, after COVID, the quality of service declined significantly. While there are still a few bright... spots, the overall resident experience is not what it once was.

I want to recognize Camille, who has always remained professional despite dealing with challenging situations and tenants. Pierre is also a great addition to the team—he is courteous, professional, and treats residents with respect.

My experience with the property manager, Jennifer, was much different. I often felt that resident concerns were dismissed and that the focus was primarily on the financial side of the business rather than the people who call this community home. I understand that apartment communities are businesses, but residents also deserve to feel heard, respected, and appreciated.

My hope is that the new management company invests in meaningful upgrades and improvements to the property. I also hope they pay closer attention to the upkeep of the MPDU units, as they often seemed overlooked when it came to routine maintenance and updates.

I genuinely wish the current and future residents the best. This community has the potential to be a great place to live again if management prioritizes both the property and the people who live there. Read More

I have lived here for close to 10 years. It is a great apartment complex. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. The area is quiet and safe. The location cannot be beat. Close proximity to 270 and 495. Walking distance distance to shopping areas, including grocery stores, restaurants, and clothing stores. Also within walking distance to a major mall.

Pierre helped me find my home and get my keys in record timing! The community feels very safe and welcoming. A bus stop for kids even drops off at the front!

I love the amount of sunlight my place offers. The structure of the building is a concern as issues are coming up that are not adequately addressed.
