So far, everything is good. This appears to be a a very well maintained property. The staff have been welcoming. I’ve enjoyed my access to the fitness center and the parking is easy.

I’ve had a really great experience so far here. We toured with Fajr and it was amazing. After moving in any issues we have had have been resolved within 24 hours

The security doors and the garage apparently haven’t worked for a year. I’ve only been here a little over a month. I don’t know what would keep them from getting this fixed to make sure the security of their tenants. Also, all the elevators (other than the freight elevators)have been down for over 2 weeks) I would think this is urgent to get someone in here.

The leasing team were amazing! They made my entire experience so much easier. I didn’t have any issues with process and they were all very helpful and attentive to any questions and concerns during the entire process.
