Reliant parking is a very annoying system. Other apartments I’ve been to have just given out passes themselves, or had an easier system to manage visitor requests (I.e. no printing, just fill out a form online). Otherwise the building is nice and the staff are helpful.

I have lived at the Bradley for over a year now and I can honestly say it is one of the best buildings and communities I’ve been apart of. The staff do an amazing job planning resident activities and are quick to solve all and any problems!

The staff is so nice, and they seem to really care. The leasing office is readily available for any questions or concerns and maintenance is pretty fast. The building is really quiet despite the nearby metro, and the area is really nice.
