The Jameson is a wonderful place to live! I’ve been here for over two years and just renewed my lease again. All of the office staff are wonderfully helpful. Any maintenance issues are quickly and efficiently dealt with, and the cleaning staff do a wonderful job keeping the property nice and clean!

Have lived here 3 years now, have never had any real issues. It’s quiet and well kept —I would say that the amenities could be better for the price paid, but other than that I recommend it.

I've been living at Jameson for 5 months, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with lots of natural light. The management team is responsive and proactive, and maintenance requests are usually handled within 24 hours.

I think the apartment community is nice, but I disagree with splitting the cost for the common areas especially since there is a fee rent some areas. That was selling point when I moved here that there were no fees to use any area. Maintenance is great. In addition the towing for parking is excessive. As a resident, there should be a warning before you tow a vehicle. I was moving some items in my apt one day and parked in visitor parking for a couple of hours while moved them items. It... was not crowded in the parking lot. The tow company said they towed me just because I was a resident. Prior to this they used to only tow in visitor parking if you left the vehicle there over night. Some of the signs in the garage say future residents, but I was told by management that they are really reserved.
