The positives are the residents, it's a new building, nice gym, and great location.
The negatives are the people in the leasing office - Sydney, Yasinia, Jeff and Rashan are horrible to work with. I've never had people speak as horribly as they have to me, repeatedly. I've met many residents who've sadly, had the same experience. If it wasn't for Kenny, the maintenance man, who is GREAT, and Frey at the front desk, I likely wouldn't have renewed my lease, because they're so awful in the... leasing office. Also the building needs a lot of repairs, it always takes months to fix and the 2 garbage rooms always stink terribly.
